Branding, construction, and full support for Luxury Travel Mart 2018 at Hyatt Regency Moscow

Objective: To create the visual identity of the event, build exhibition stands, brand all spaces, and develop and produce all branded materials for the exhibition.

Implementation: In 2018, due to the exhibition's growth, the event was held for the first time not at The Ritz-Carlton Moscow, but at the newly opened Hyatt Regency Moscow, which was a significant change and caused stress for the event. For this year's exhibition, a variety of materials were produced: brochures with detailed exhibition layouts, bright staff uniforms, winders, cups, badges, envelopes, and more. The main venue was fitted with exhibition stands for the participants, and a photo printing terminal was set up for tangible memories.
Additionally, a navigation project was developed, and all its elements were produced and installed.
