Opening ceremony of the Azerbaijan Tourism Office in Moscow.

Objective: To design and construct the inner courtyard for the press conference and opening ceremony on November 1, 2024.

Implementation: The main challenge was the temperature fluctuation—from -5°C at night to +10°C during the day—which made it impossible to install equipment (LED screen, sound, lighting, etc.) before building the structures. Just before the ceremony, the courtyard was heated with a blower, raising the temperature to +23°C. Structures were installed first, followed by placement and connection of all equipment. Immediately before the event, the structures were precisely adjusted around the installed equipment, taking into account the heated environment.
